Standard Terms of Service

1. Enrollment and Registration

By registering for a course at Winged Spokes Academy, you're entering into a formal agreement. Our workshops, particularly the advanced cycling mechanics modules, require specific prerequisites which are outlined on the course detail pages. We reserve the right to verify student proficiency before the start of any advanced instruction.

2. Safety Protocol & Liability

Working on bicycles involves sharp tools, high-pressure systems, and heavy components. Do you understand the risks involved? Our instructors prioritize safety above all else. Students must follow all safety directions given during roadside repair tutorials and workshop sessions. While we provide every safety measure possible, Winged Spokes Academy cannot be held liable for injuries resulting from a student's failure to follow equipment guidelines or instructor commands.

3. Equipment Usage

We provide professional-grade shop tools for all bicycle assembly training. These items are the property of the academy. Students are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or reckless behavior. We believe in "leave it better than you found it." Please treat every wrench and stand with respect.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Life happens. We get it. However, because our class sizes are intentionally kept small to provide personalized instruction, late cancellations impact our ability to operate. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date qualify for a full refund minus a small administrative fee.
